前回の記事では、『天使のエビの秘密♡』を大公開
今回は、スーパーフレッシュなエビちゃんを手に入れるために行ってきました『フィッシュマーケット（Marche de Noumea）』
日本では決して食べられないぷりっぷりの生エビのゲットの仕方を紹介していきます！

today we are going to local marche to get super fresh shrimp! Let’s go-!!!
地元民の台所『Fish market』- local kichen “Marche de Noumea”
ブルーの三角帽のような屋根が特徴
首都ヌメアの中心街に位置するフィッシュマーケット、その名も『マルシェ デ ヌメア』
the marche that is called “marche de Noumea “is in central in Noumea.
シーフード専門の市場かと思いきや、野菜、家具や服、アクセサリーもたくさん
地元の人が地元の記事や材料を作って作られた、ハンドメイドのものが溢れていて個性的なものから、南国ならではの可愛らしい雑貨まで山ほど♪
i thoght there are only seafood to be selled but there are a lot of clothes and accessories. most of them are hand-made and look very pacific. sooo cute!
新鮮な野菜・果物エリアでは、人！人！人！
wow a lot of people in vegetable and fruit area!
みたことないような野菜や果物がたくさん！
そして驚きなのがこちら！

レタス1100フラン（円）、アボカド695フラン（円）
パプリカ995フラン（円）、きゅうり895フラン（円）
たっけぇー！！！！！！
そう、ニューカレドニアは日本よりも物価が高い国
野菜の大きさと価格に驚きまくりの、野菜・フルーツエリア！

i’m superised about the size and price of them in this area.
シーフードエリアには採れたての新鮮魚介類が山ほど！-A lot of kind fresh seafood in the area-
ブルー三角帽の建物を4つほど追加して、『ん…生臭いにおい！？』
ついに辿り着いた、シーフードエリア！

寿司で有名な日本。寿司を代表するまぐろ、ニューカレドニアから輸入ものもたくさんあるとのこと！
sooo big! it’s very famous for Tuna in New caledonia. they are imported to Japan from here a lot!
気になるエビのお値段は？- how much is the price of shrimp?-
他のシーフードも気になるけれど、私のお目当てはそうエビちゃん！
ありました、ありましたー！！！！奇跡のエビ！伝説のエビ！生の天使のエビは、初のご対面！

ohhhh there is!! finally i met with super fresh shrimp there!!!!
気になるお値段はというと
ここのお店は1㎏2100フラン（円）
the price of them…… this shop was selling 2100fran / kg.

this shop was selling 2200fran/ kg
シーフードエリアには5店舗ほど、天使のエビを売っているお店があったけれど、値段は2100-2400フラン（円）。新鮮そうか、大きさは大丈夫かも見極めるのが大切！！
私たちは、すべての面で良さそうだった、このエビちゃんをゲット！
there were 5shops that was selling the shrimp and the price was 2100 to 2400 fran. it’s very very important to check if it’s fresh and if the size is ok….! and then we chose this one!
【ONE POINT】
この価格激安なのご存知！？ 日本で冷凍の天使のエビを買った場合、1kg4500-5000円が相場。なんとニューカレドニアでエビを買えば、1/2の価格で買えちゃう！しかも、当日採れたばかりのスーパーフレッシュなエビをね！
you can buy them in japan but you know the price!? it’s about 4500-5000fran/ kg.
yeah so! you can buy them super cheap and super fresh here!!!
とにかく新鮮！激甘のぷりっぷりの身！- amazing fresh and super sweet!-
アイスクーラーに入れたエビ、早速お家で解体です！！
この長いひげ！長いひげは、ストレス０で育てられた証し！
look this such a long berbal! it means they are grown without any stress.
世界一ストレスが少ない、世界一美味しい海老に選ばれた天使のエビ
ここでしか食べられない、お刺身！ワサビと醤油でいただきくと…
むっちむち！！むっちむち！！！
弾けるかという程の身の弾力で、歯が跳ね返されちゃう！
そして、この甘さ！！！天使のエビ独特の強い甘さと旨さにうっとり…！！
i tried to eat them “Sashimi style”.

海老の頭と殻も無駄にしない！この出汁がなんとも言えないコクでパスタや海鮮料理のソースにぴったり
and we use the heads and skins of them to make the broth of Shrimp.it’s very good to use for a spaghetti and a soup.
新鮮だからこそ、炒め時間もたったの数分でOK!
they are super fresh so you can fried just for a few mins.
食材の味を生かすために、にんにくと塩コショウ、そして頭と殻でとった出汁だけで味付け！シンプルなのに、しっかりとバランスの良い味付けで、ばっちり！美味しい！
this broth is very gorgeous so we can add just some garics, solt and pepper.
海老を主役にしたいのに、姉と写ると、全くエビに目がいかない…。。
写真の中では常に主役の姉なのです。

ニューカレドニアの首都ヌメアの中心街に位置するフィッシュマーケット
営業時間は、朝5時から昼の12時まで
休日は毎週月曜日
opening hours: 5am to midday on Tusedays to Sundays
